Gaining: Fetish or Lifestyle?

So yesterday, there was a segment, on a random tv show, on the channel G4, that was about Gainers. Anyways, they were saying that Gaining is a fetish, which kind of made me mad because those assholes don't know what they are talking about. To me, gaining is a lifestyle choice.
I know that there are probably many gainers/encouragers/chasers that think that it is a fetish, but really it is not. Why? You may ask, because if gaining was a fetish so would exercising, because really, gaining is the opposite of exercising, but I never hear of anyone who has an exercise fetish. Gaining IS a lifestyle choice! A lot of gainers want their relationships, and such, to focus around the aspect of gaining.
In terms of fetishes, eating and stuffing and bloating I would say are fetishes, that go hand-in-hand with gaining, but gaining itself is NOT a fetish. For all of you who think gaining is a fetish, you need to get your head straight.
Anyways, I have been very busy this past month, and haven't been able to do a lot of posts:( But I plan on posting more often now, and will keep you updated on my gaining adventures and Culinary School stuff:) I am still around 225lbs but my belly seems to still be expanding, which is awesome. I am still looking for a man to grow for/grow with:) I plan on meeting several guys from Beefy Frat and BiggerCity... YAY!!!

  2. (1) That is a fantastic picture. Cogratulations!
    (2) Your current poll: I would have to vote for both, which I couldn't do.
I looked up "FETISH". My dictionary gave 3 meanings. (a) One of them doesn't apply to gaining "...believe that it has magic powers."
But the other 2 do: (b) "The fact of getting sexual pleasure from a paticular object." and (c)"The fact that a person spends too much time doing or thinking about a particular thing. (In the opinion of the observer)".
As far as I am concerned the other two definitions apply and there is nothing wrong with them. So gaining is a LIFESTYLE THAT GIVES PLEASURE.
--- And I am looking forward to hearing about your adventures and experiences at culinary school.
    Best wishes, Norbert.
